Delta Companies Inc. traces its origins back to 1920 when Edward F. Regenhardt and William H. Harrison formed a partnership to build roads and crush rock locally for construction jobs.
Today, it is a major Midwestern heavy highway contractor, paving contractor and construction materials producer with locations in Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas. Also, building from its strategically positioned network of asphalt products terminals, Delta Companies Inc. is also a major provider of asphalt products and pavement preservation construction services throughout the Midwestern United States.
